Terms of use

Pursuers is a marketplace and community that connects people who need something done with people who can do it, and lets businesses sell spare capacity. We are not the provider of any service booked through Pursuers and don't employ the people who provide them — each provider is independent and responsible for their own work, insurance, licences and tax.

You must be 18+, give accurate details and keep your password safe. One account per person. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the community rules.

• Buyers pay upfront through Stripe. The money is held until the booking is marked done, or released automatically 48 hours after the end time if no problem is reported.
• Pursuers charges providers 12% of each booking. Buyers pay the listed price.
• If a provider cancels or doesn't show, the buyer is refunded in full. If a buyer cancels a paid booking before it starts, they're refunded in full.
• Disputes are reviewed by our team, who can release the money to the provider or refund the buyer.
• Providers withdraw their balance to a UK bank account (minimum £10).

You own what you post. You give us a licence to host and show it on Pursuers so the service works. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, or anything the community rules forbid. We can remove content and act on reports.

Arrangements is an 18+ dating service funded by membership. It is not an escort service: offering or asking for sex or sexual services for money is forbidden and results in removal. Memberships last 30 days and are non-refundable once used.

We work hard to keep Pursuers safe but can't guarantee any member or booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer). Otherwise, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for it.
